چکیده

Introduction anal condylomas are associated with human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and a risk factor for squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Objective to conduct meta-analysis evaluating the prevalence of high-risk-HPV, high-grade intraepithelial lesions (HSIL) SCC in patients condylomas. The standardised incidence ratio (SIR) rate (IR) were also calculated. Methods three electronic databases searched until April 2020. Meta-analyses performed using random effects models. Results pooled estimate HR-HPV was 40.2% (21.0 - 63.1) immunocompromised 16.4% (10.7 24.3) non-immunocompromised patients, an odds (OR) 3.79 (1.51-9.52, P = 0.005) patients. HSIL 73.8% (39.1 92.5) non-HSIL cases 17.7% (9.6 30.2), corresponding OR 12.33 (2.97-51.21, 0.001) those HSIL. 24.0% (16.4 33.7) 11.8% (7.2 18.8) 2.51 (1.72-3.65, Conclusion history have high SCC, especially men. from is high. This information can change patient follow-up treatment.
